There is no one size fits all when it comes to learning to swim and your technique is only a part of the equation.  A style or method of coaching that works for one swimmer may not work for you.  I take a holistic approach to coaching, tailoring your sessions specifically around your goals.  Whether that be swimming 25m’s in a swimming pool without getting out of breath to swimming your first open water event or completing your 10th marathon swim. 

I can guide you through the technical aspects of learning individual strokes, giving you feedback at every step.  Together we can reflect on drills and practices to find the suitable fit for you.  You can swim with confidence and train with intent.
