Beyond the Water supports venues, providers and event organisers with regulated training, assurance, and operational safety support - built around your risks, your environment, and your reality.

1) Training (STA)
Regulated open-water safety and coaching courses (plus upcoming swimming teacher & aquacise qualifications).
2) IQA & Standardisation
IQA, sampling plans and standardisation for regulated qualifications - remote UK-wide (on-site by arrangement).
3) Event Safety Planning & Consultancy
Risk assessment, safety plans, documentation and incident review - for pools, open water and events. From planning through to on-the-day delivery.
4) Swim Piloting & Safety Cover
Support for long-distance open-water swims (loch crossings and endurance challenges) - safety planning, feeds, logistics and on-the-day escort and safety cover.

Choose delivery route:

In-person: Highlands-based delivery (default). On-site delivery elsewhere by arrangement (quoted case-by-case).

Remote: UK-wide for consultancy, planning, documentation, mentoring and IQA support.

Confirm & schedule:
We agree scope, confirm availability, and lock in delivery. Joining instructions and any pre-reading are sent 7–10 days before.
