Independent governance, IQA and standardisation support for regulated qualification providers.
Structured sampling, quality assurance frameworks and oversight designed to ensure consistent, inspection-ready delivery - remote UK-wide, with on-site support by arrangement.
2) Regulated Training Delivery (STA)
Delivery of regulated open water safety and coaching qualifications.
Focused on risk-informed practice, structured decision-making and real-world application within dynamic environments (plus upcoming swimming teacher & aquacise qualifications).
3) Event Safety, Operational Planning & Consultancy
Operational safety planning and documentation for pools, open water and events.
Risk assessment, safety plans and structured documentation - supporting organisers from early planning stages through to on-the-day delivery.
4) Swim Piloting & Safety Operations
Safety operations and logistical support for long-distance and endurance open water swims.
Planning, feeds coordination, escort support and on-the-day operational oversight for complex water-based challenges.
